Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls to both existing customers and potential customers by telephone to solicit sales of products.
  • Record names, addresses, e-mails, and reactions of customers and prospects contacted.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals or markets.
  • Generate sales call reports, and other routine reports.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Other clerical or Sales & Marketing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

Preferred Skills:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Data entry, generally Excel and CRM-based.
  • Outbound cold calling sales experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good phone demeanor and high-energy personality.
  • Comfortable with learning and using new software programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus, but not required.
