Product Manager is a results oriented individual with ability to get things done in a timely manner. They partner well with the cross-functional teams to deliver new and improved experiences to the customer.

This product manager will be focused on our Analytics and Innovation products, marrying impactful data science with intuitive user experience to empower real estate leaders with the insights they need to improve their business outcomes. These products are relatively early in the product development lifecycle. This role will work closely with our data science team.

The Analytics and Innovation team is growing rapidly! This person will start out owning two products, with the opportunity to supervises additional Product Owners within 12 months.

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as the voice of the customer, understanding the customers’ needs and communicate those to the team.
Owns the roadmap for their product features.

Defines the Epics and detailed requirements for assigned areas of the product.
Participate in the Agile process and ensure customer needs are clearly communicated through product requirements.
Develops business cases for new product features, works with leadership and cross-functional teams to get alignment.
Runs regularly scheduled business reviews for their product features and monitors product KPIs to ensure success metrics are being met
Conduct product walk-throughs for both internal and external audiences

Assist sales with demos and collateral
Organize and lead cross-functional teams to maximize success of a product launch in the market
Keep pace with industry changes and competitive intelligence to ensure product differentiation
Coach and mentor product owners on an as needed basis.
Manage the development backlog of features and bugs for the product and integrations

Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize changes by customer impact and ROI
‘Own’ the project scope, resourcing, implementation, quality and delivery
Provide well-written user stories and requirements
Drive velocity and accountability within the Agile process, while also removing roadblocks
Serve as the expert of your product features and needs of the users

Interact with users virtually and in person to deeply understand the problems they need solved
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Requirements

1 - 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
Have a blend of business savvy, development experience, and user experience mindset

Prior experience working in an agile scrum team as Product Owner/Product Manager
Ability to take market trends, data and feedback from customers, sales and support to breakdown strategy into product requirements.
Experience taking a concept to launch and iterate through versions enhancing customer experience and business value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple departments and subject matter experts

Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
An aptitude for understanding technical concepts and simplifying them
Passion for owning the end-to-end experience
Humility, and a willingness to learn and challenge your own beliefs

Confidence, and a willingness to learn and challenge the organization’s beliefs
