As a Trainer on our team, you'll be the one of the first points of contact with our end-users, post-sales. Members of our team are responsible for expediting and enhancing the understanding of Lone Wolf solutions, and will help to drive adoption and account revenue expansion made by end users. You will proactively engage with our end users by hosting one-to-many educational webinars, and one-to-one phone calls and Zoom meetings with our power users, providing helpful advice and training, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our end users. You and your team will drive successful launches and build stellar relationships with Agents, and you will report directly to the Manager of Professional Services.
-Be the go-to point of contact for strategic business use case questions and take full ownership of providing answers and solutions.
-Execute and iterate on end user customer engagement strategies led by the Professional Services team, and one-to-many email campaigns set up by the Communication and Activations team.
-Understand our customer’s organizational goals and problems as a strategic partner on the Professional Services team, and inspire and encourage end user adoption and expansion.
-Facilitate in the rollout of new and existing customer onboarding by providing strategic one-to- one and one-to-many communications and training sessions.
-Establish product expertise with end users, understand product gaps, and be an internal advocate for most critical investment areas.
-Work across departments including product, support, marketing, and sales to help shape how we engage with our end users to drive high adoption rates.
