As part of our Professional Services organization, this role is vital in setting the foundation for a long and successful partnership with our largest and most complex customers.  Your actions to execute comprehensive discovery, build end to end project plans, and contribute to and drive successful cross-functional execution of those plans can spell the difference between long term relationships and short term churn.  

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced professional who understands the importance of good, honest communication, can sell through and flex to challenges minimizing customer concern, and is passionate about our customer’s success.  They are motivated by timely, accurate, and effective project completion, and by providing a high quality, personable experience where the customer feels their needs have been heard and addressed. They are also a proven team player, always looking to grow and enhance the experience we provide to our customers, both internally and externally.  

 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Project Coordination– Creates and maintains project plans for designated areas. Maintains all project documentation including accurate records of individual implementation project deliverables/work products, status and issues. Uses industry standard project management methodologies to track progress, manage risk and coordinate resources.

  • Capacity Planning – Schedules service projects; evaluates and balances capacity and maximizes utilization. Effectively allocates and manages project resources across all areas to create a successful unified deployment of individual products

  • Communication – Communicates project status and/or changes to project plans to the organization. Liaises with clients; Sets expectations and provides status updates regarding project work. Leads scheduled meetings. Coordinates process mapping, data migration. Acts as advocate and escalation point on customer’s behalf to internal business units (e.g., sales, business operations, implementation, product education, technical support). Assists in continuous process and procedural improvement with all departments needed, specifically the Sales team.

  • Product Knowledge – develops and maintains mastery of Lone Wolf products, client business processes and how they are built out in a unified deployment.

  • All other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or Coordination required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Real Estate experience or industry knowledge preferred.

  • Passion for our customers and their success.

  • Desire to work in and foster a proactive, action oriented and motivating team culture both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated problem solver, anticipating, identifying and preparing for challenges along the way.

  • Desire to help build and improve existing processes, and overall experience provided to our internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive action across different departments or organizations.

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.  Quickly able to build and maintain rapport with others. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, from individual contributor to Executive leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, priorities and adapt to continual change in a fast-paced environment
