What you’ll be doing:

  • Team up with anyone you need to identify current and future hiring requirements and execute our recruiting process.
  • Collab with the global HR team to ensure smooth onboarding checkpoints for new hires.
  • Manage the selection process for both project and individual recruitments, develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, as well as promoting internal candidate attraction methods.
  • Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening in-line with our recruitment process and job requirements.
  • Provide periodic reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders outlining progress and needs.
  • Most importantly: Just RECRUIT!

Skills & Requirements:

  • A unique balance of extreme attention to detail, and ‘big picture’ strategic thinking
  • Ability to assess essential soft and hard skills that fit the roles to fill
  • Proficiency in reporting
  • Strong Program/Project Management maverick
  • Knack for selecting top-tier people for software engineering, UI/UX design, project management, and anything else technical
  • A social butterfly with anyone from senior executives to the security guard that walks our floor
  • Able to comfortably ‘parachute’ into any area of the business or product, understand business needs, and facilitate executive decisions based on changing priorities
  • Top level of integrity and management of confidential information


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with SaaS Software Companies
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams
  • EDUCATION:  University Degree or College Diploma preferred
