Be part of a fast moving, lean product development Organization, supporting the Lone Wolf family of Applications. Deliver and maintain, reliable, highly available platforms and systems to the Lone Wolf application portfolio.  Work with the IT, Development, and Product teams to deliver high performing applications with best of class end user experiences.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Plan, install, build, manage, support, configure, and test server infrastructure components and connectivity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Upgrade servers, devices, and network infrastructure
• Establish tools that will drive efficiencies
• Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
• Manage access controls through users and groups in Active Directory
• Manage large Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services farms in a VMWare environment
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Failover Clusters

 

Skills & Requirements

• Work experience as a Senior System Administrator
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
• Knowledge of system security techniques
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain SCCM including high availability
• Configure and maintain internal systems using SCCM 
• Familiar will deploying and managing IIS
• Ability to use a wide variety of tools to manage systems and applications
• Experience with IT operations
• Strong grasp of automation tools
• Data management skills
• A strong focus on business outcomes
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
• Coding or scripting to support 
• Process re-engineering
• Communicating and collaborating with others
• Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision
• Desire to deliver the best solutions for the need
• Ownership of any output delivered
• Ability to use data to drive decisions
