Job Overview:

The Agile Project Manager assists in managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. In this role, you will manage project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You will work with other technical professionals to drive results and meet project deadlines.

 

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in planning, managing and monitoring projects from concept through implementation
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Assist in establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards and leadership expectations using appropriate tools
  • Meet with internal clients of assigned projects to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track project performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status and other management reports
  • Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned and seek growth and learning opportunities through high performance

Skills & Requirements

Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Project management process knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications (Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, MS Word preferred)
  • Effective communication skills and strong desire to work with others

 

Skills & Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience in Project Management

Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred)
