Job Purpose:

  • To execute a high velocity sales cycle supporting our Mid Market and SMB Market Segments
  • Provide support and drive upsell for existing customers in MM and SMB Segments
  • Follow-up on all inbound leads in MM and SMB Segments
  • Close Deals <$25K


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, up/cross sell into existing customer base
  • Respond to inbound leads
  • Prospect key target accounts
  • Manage Opportunities in Salesforce
  • Manage Forecast in Clari
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Working with Regional Solution Architects to present to clients
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
  • Working with Commercial Account Manager to close deals >$25K
  • Managing and closing deals <$25K

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS
  • Proven success as a Sales Development Representative
  • Knowledge of SaaS business model
  • Experience in IAM
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated and desire to be promoted to Commercial Account Manager
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, MS Office Suite
