You Will:

In this role, you will provide subject matter and technical expertise in sales opportunities to facilitate the discovery and capture opportunities. The position will support Ping's global fraud product portfolio and will report into the Head of Fraud

You can look forward to:

  • Collaborating with the Sales team to provide full assistance in achievement of sales targets
  • Illustrating the value of the fraud products to prospects in a compelling manner.
  • Participating in the development & completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, prospect qualification, discovery and requirements gathering, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and design solution proposals.
  • Promoting and supporting sales opportunities into existing Ping accounts and helping to ensure that customers are successful in their goals and remain reference-able for Ping.
  • Represent Ping at Trade Show events and conferences to increase brand and solution visibility (company booth, panel discussions, industry speaker, etc.).
  • Developing credibility with prospects through the sales lifecycle through the demonstration of expertise and strong engagement skills.
  • Executing strategies to promote strategic features and maximize customer and market driven value propositions.
  • Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including important regulations, network rules, goals, etc. You will be responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between our organization and its competitors.
  • Providing feedback from the market to your product management team regarding products including identification of gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience •

5 years of experience working in the space of fraud and loss prevention

  • 5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales or implementation of software solutions within the fraud mitigation discipline
  • Travel: approximately 30%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ecommerce and/pr banking fraud
  • Global product delivery experience
  • Client relationship building experience in person and via phone/video
  • High-level Technical integration experience with large clients
  • Experience leading training sessions on Fraud products
  • Experience creating client presentations
