We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our legal team as a Contracts Specialist based in our Denver headquarters. You will have responsibility for a broad range of contract administration and management activities, including reviewing complex sales quotes and NDAs. You will be an important member of the legal team and have opportunities for progression and development. This is an exciting time to join our team and is the perfect role to get your foot in the door at a growing tech company.

You will:

  • Provide strategic contracting support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales teams to review complex sales quotes for legal and licensing requirements.
  • Work with legal, sales, and accounting to improve the quote review process for increased deal velocity and standardization.
  • Become an expert in internal process tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheets, and LinkSquares).
  • Think creatively and practically to find solutions to perceived roadblocks.
  • Hybrid remote and in person work from Ping's downtown Denver headquarters.

You have:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract review.
  • Ability to shift focus as business needs change.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • A bachelor's degree.
