Ping's SaaS Product Development team builds complex, microservice cloud applications and we are looking for a backend Developer for our PingOne Platform. You'll be given the opportunity to understand the product thoroughly and your input will shape the future of PingOne and PingOne DaVinci. You will report directly to an Engineering Manager.
You Will:
- Develop APIs and scalable micro-services for a cloud-based identity and access management platform.
- Develop services using Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (Node.js).
- Develop test automation assets in a continuous integration and deployment environment.
- Guide scalability and performance improvements.
- If interested, explore opportunities to expand your scope to include front-end (React) development.
You Have:
- 4+ years experience in commercial, enterprise-level product environments.
- Experience with Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with test automation and continuous integration.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience with Cassandra.
- Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Redis).
- Experience building scalable cloud-based applications.
- Experience with cloud development tools (Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
