We are looking for a QA Lead geared to coordinate QA activities for the releases, mentor team members and establish quality metrics. We are building a Ping Intelligent Identity Platform and you will be part of "PingIntelligence for API" department at IDC, India, part of the global team that is defining the future of Intelligent Identity by security API powered by AL/ML. You would play an end-to-end quality leader role in the creation of API Security solutions, collaborating globally with other technical leaders and architects

You Will:

  • Oversee end-to-end quality assurance including establishing metrics and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Be a key contact for quality aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating and tracking QA activities.
  • Develop automation frameworks. Develop test cases and scripts (manual and automated).
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers
  • Drive quality of the product working with developers and QA engineers
  • Contribute to the PingIdentity vision of creating centralised Intelligent Identity platform in Cloud using PingOne

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience performing and driving quality activities for production software systems in Linux-based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior QA engineers to maintain end-to-end vision and software quality
  • Excellent in communication with both technical and non-technical peers
  • Experience in design and development of automation frameworks and test cases.
  • Excellent programming, scripting, and debugging skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python
  • Experience with Selenium and bug management tools like Jira, Bugzilla or similar
  • Awareness/experience of Cloud Platform AWS/Azure
  • Good networking and security concepts using TCP and HTTP protocols, SSL and REST APIs
  • Knowledge of AI/ML systems
  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and code reviews tools
  • Experience working with large source code base, configuration management, source control tools, Git exposure is essential
  • Knowledge of Docker, Virtualization and Kubernetes.
  • knowledge of running Agile Practice.
