Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative position is for individuals who are ready for the next step in their sales career and will team up with two Account Executives in activities to achieve the goals of the territories they support. These activities include but are not limited to selling new licenses and professional services opportunities to new prospects as well as assisting with the management of existing customer relations; including renewals and additional licensing and services opportunities. You will be expected to demonstrate the utmost professionalism as you partner with your Account Executives in customer, partner, legal, and other key stakeholder discussions and meetings.
Job Functions
Take the Lead on:
· Legal and security review processes
· Quote and proposal generation
· Professional services & training orders
· Assist with customer support requests
· Coordinating onsite customer meetings and events
· Business development opportunities with Channel/Partners
· Liaise between internal Ping functions and Account Executive (e.g. CS calls, PS scoping, etc.)
· Become subject matter expert of all core sales applications (Salesforce, Engagio, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Bombora)
Learn and Assist with:
· Development and execution of territory/account plans
· Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
· Delivering value propositions and business discovery
· Forecasting and driving new business to closure
· Demos, whiteboarding, product knowledge in general
Generate Pipeline:
· Devise and execute on targeted outbound campaigns with their Account Executives
· Follow-up on existing customer inbound leads and contact activity
· Account contact enrichment and account mapping
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited University (minimum 3.3 GPA)
· 2+ years’ of experience in a similar role (SDR/TDR/BDR/ISR, recruiting, customer service, etc.)
· Professionalism and a desire to grow and advance a career in sales
· Positive mindset, coachable, and resilient
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
