The primary responsibilities are to lead a software development team in the design, development, test, and delivery of a SaaS-based directory offering, which also provides user data storage services that power our SaaS platform. You will report directly to the director of Directory Services, who also oversees our on-premise directory product team.
You Will:
- Lead the development of new features.
- Manage recruitment, training, and building an accomplished software development team.
- Lead the forecasting, allocation, and management of capital and people investments.
- Work with product management to determine product requirements and definitions.
- Assist your team in responding quickly in the event of unforeseen production issues.
You Have:
- Experience hiring and leading outstanding engineers.
- Experience leading Agile teams and planning processes.
- CI/CD commercial cloud architecture and delivery experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading "Software as a Service" teams and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing development teams, creating and delivering successful commercial products to the market.
- Excellent skills for coordinate with other product development teams, product management, and customer services for product design, development, delivery, and support of products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
