As a Product Manager, you will lead the delivery of centralized administration experience services for the Ping Platform. This is an end-to-end product management role and will provide leaders with a clear picture of the market opportunity and go-to-market approach in addition to working directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams on the detailed deliverables.

YOU WILL

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for your areas of responsibility
  • Oversee overall product lifecycle from market requirements through delivery
  • Establish and prioritize the capabilities and experiences for Ping administrators
  • Work with Product Management and technology teams to implement product strategy and roadmaps
  • Perform market analysis, user studies, identifying industry trends, strategic needs and market competition
  • Work with the Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Customer Success/Support to build the go-to-market strategy
  • Be part of the Product Management team, reporting to the Group Product Manager

YOU HAVE

  • Expertise at collecting market information and turning it into clear requirements
  • Experience conducting user studies and turning them into great experiences
  • Comfort in discussing product capabilities and market relevance to end-users, partners, C-suite, engineers, analysts
  • Technical knowledge of cloud services and platforms and DevOps methodologies and tools
  • The skills to translate abstract concepts and ideas into results
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related security or enterprise customer experience
  • 3+ years experience in technology Product Management or related technology field
  • 3+ years experience delivering enterprise technology solutions
  • Experience with the sales process for technology product and services and of their unique characteristics
