As a Ping Identity DevOps Software Engineer, you will be involved in every facet of our Cloud Based services. You will improve integrations between images and increase the maturity of our images, by applying iterative development and leaning into the ease of use and supportability of our containerized products. We aim to cultivate meaningful relationships with our most valued stakeholders, by being the experts and providing a standard repeatable process designed around best practices. We will unlock and unblock new paths to help others see their asks become reality.
You Will:
- Shape how our mission-critical enterprise software solutions are developed and deployed using optimized and automated CI/CD pipelines that ensure high quality products.
- Help provide a safe and secure way for our customers to use Ping's DevOps in their organization.
- Help design, build and support infrastructure and security technologies within the cloud that offer resiliency, observability and optimized cost.
- Participate in planning work and identify areas of improvement
- Report to the Ping Identity's DevOps Manager
You Have:
- 2+ years experience with containerization technologies, including Docker
- 1+ years experience with infrastructure as code technologies, including Terraform
- 1+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms including AWS
- Experience with best practices for deployment automation
- Experience using Git in a team environment (merge requests, branching, push, and pulls
- CS Degree or equivalent experience
You will have an advantage if:
- You understand networking, including routing, naming and security
- You understand the HTTP protocol
- You have experience developing in a DevOps environment
- You have experience resolving customer deployment issues
- You have worked with distributed teams
