Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of renovation / value add communities. This role would be responsible for transitioning each community to a new established branding platform while monitoring and analyzing marketing programs for effectiveness. Position will be based in our downtown Chicago loop office.

  • Provide advice regarding advertising, media placement, social media, electronic marketing and site content to increase ROI.
  • Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget for each community, to ensure Company’s financial parameters.
  • Work with the Renovation / Value Add team to ensure marketing needs are met in a timely fashion.
  • Direct the implementation and transition of websites of each Value Add community.
  • Assist in directing, planning and implementing property events, including the promotion and logistics of marketing special events (grand openings, resident events, etc.)
  • Assist in strategizing, developing and distributing all promotional marketing materials, including electronic and print media.


Skills & Requirements


  • Previous marketing experience in the apartments/multi-family arena or income producing commercial real estate arena.
  • BS or BA college degree in marketing or comparable field.
  • Excellent creative flair with top-notch conceptual and visual skills with the ability to take ideas and transform them into images and layouts.
  • Ability to travel to properties.
  • Experience with creative software programs strongly preferred (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc).
  • Solid abilities in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
