Job Description

SetSchedule is looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join the team. This is an autonomous role that will work closely with all, marketing departments to create cohesive branded content. Simply put this role with help creatively scale awareness of the SetSchedule Brand through the use of influencers.

An ideal candidate will have experience working with micro to macro-influencers, and content creators to strategically drive engagement, awareness, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with influencers and partner agencies, and managing multiple campaigns to create engaging content. We are looking for someone who brings constant innovation and forward-thinking to the table, is the goal and client KPI driven, respects process, and is a team player.

You will:

  • Promote and support the brand vision and goals with messaging across our influencer community to build and develop meaningful relationships
  • Help implement a Global, cross-platform influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content
  • Retain current influencer base and grow new influencers as ambassadors of the brand'
  • Harness storytelling to leverage influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs 
  • Track and analyze performance of influencer outreach, content, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and continually assess best practices and KPIs in a consistently changing landscape
Skills & Requirements

 5+ years in brand marketing with a focus in influencer marketing, and a proven track record of growth on various social media platforms (i.e.Instagram, Pinterest, FB, Youtube, TikTok)
