The firm is a technology company based in Irvine California that focuses on Real Estate information SaaS Products, consumer cloud communication products, artificial intelligence, and autonomous business flow applications. Some of the company’s key products and applications include the SetSchedule App, SetHello, SetValue™, SetAds, Referral Radar, and Jessica 2.0.

The company additionally operates and manages products and brands such as : Rentastic.io, which is SaaS for accounting to real estate investors, and is a destructor in the space of accounting , payment systems, and portfolio management ; and Taskable.ai ,which is an AI-based driven task and calendar management software, which acts as a sophisticated digital personal assistant, by leveraging multiple integration into one calendar and one taskboard. 

 

SetSchedule Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (EVP), as part of the company’s next benchmark, and overall global growth initiatives. 

 

What you can expect in the role : 

  • Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments

  • Manage outside accounting firms and audit financial processes

  • Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function

  • Creates actionable and insightful financial analysis to help drive the right strategic decisions toward the achievement of SetSchedule’s short-term and long-term goals and objectives
Skills & Requirements
  • MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Certified Public Accountant certification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience 

  • Experience operating companies with a minimum of enterprise value of 100M backed by institutional capital, debt, or equity

  • Experience in a senior management position.

  • Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.

  • Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.

  • The ability to demonstrate core competencies around finance , accounting , audits , and reviewed financials ,

  • The ability to negotiate , manage , and converse with investors and public markets 

 

Pay Salary : 250K - 425K / year , (depending on experience and location)
