SetSchedule Inc. is seeking a Chief Technical Officer , to drive the company’s next benchmark, and overall global technology initiatives. 

What you can expect in the role : 

• Manage SetSchedule’s Research and Development team , and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team members’ professional development and growth.

• Drive cross functional alignment with teams across sales, engineering, product, marketing, etc to advance strategic priorities for our customers.

• Lead the product and engineering teams to the innovation and implementation of new technology and solutions for all SetSchedule Inc. companies. 

• Conduct market analysis and identification of innovative technologies that can provide competitive advantage 

• Translate your vision for Cloud Native Tech Stack architectures into platforms that will guide customers and the industry as a whole.

• Create technological strategies for the company’s short term and long term goals.

Pay Salary : 250K - 425K / year , (depending on experience and location)

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master’s in Computer Science and or MBA preferred

• Minimum of 10+ years leading and/or managing interdisciplinary development teams

• Minimum of 5 years of large scale cloud migration experience, Lean Agile Leadership and developing cross-functional Agile teams preferred

• Strong Knowledge in core languages .Net, C#, Java, Ruby, PHP, Node, and typical SPA frameworks (Vue, Angular, React, etc.).

• 7 years experience in leadership, visionary accomplishments, and extensive experience in developing software technologies and architectures implemented in large-scale/mission-critical deployments
