What you will do:

  • Collaborate with executive management to develop sales strategies and account plans.
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipelines through new or your existing book of business
  • Utilize strong Hunting mentality to win net-new Enterprise Accounts (Companies with 1,000+ properties)
  • Develop proposals and presentations for Rentastic products that demonstrate an effective understanding of the issues and pain points our customers face
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level of 1MM/per annum
  • Leverage your skills and your customers' experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process

As part of our team, you'll enjoy…

  • Base salary $150k - $250k. Commission and bonuses can impact total compensation with on targeted earnings ranging between $250k to $400k!! The actual compensation offered may vary based on work location.

Skills & Requirements
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales
  • Direct industry experience required (i.e. real estate, finance, mortgage, investments, accounting, SAAS, or institutional real estate investors)
  • Proven track record of winning net new Enterprise Accounts with demonstrated success of selling 1MM in product
