Charleston ENT & Allergy (CENTA) is a rapidly growing, fast-paced medical practice with plenty of energy and the soul of a start-up. Every day is different at CENTA, and in such a dynamic environment, communication is key and being quick on your feet is a must. Note: Because of Charleston ENT’s tremendous growth, we are unfortunately not able to assign Office Managers to a specific office location until after completion of a formal training process. Applicants should therefore be aware that their individual office assignment may change depending on business needs. However, as of the date of this post, opportunities for Office Managers will most likely be in our more northern offices.

Skills & Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of previous experience as a manager or leader in a professional office setting (previous experience in a medical or healthcare related office setting is preferred)
  • Ability to learn healthcare software, navigate payroll system, and be overall technologically savvy
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional image and attitude
  • Strong leadership skills, especially the ability to cheerfully inspire, motivate, and support staff
  • Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to tactfully give and receive feedback
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
