Job Description

Charleston ENT has an immediate opening for Remote Patient Access Representatives! Due to rapid growth and increased call volume, we're seeking talented reps to join our busy patient communications center!.

Patient Access Representatives are responsible for providing the same outstanding service over the phone as patients receive from our providers and administrators in person. This is an ideal position for a busy person who enjoys working as part of a supportive, achievement-oriented team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
