The Role
This role is the key link between the Product Manager and the development team. The role is responsible for providing the user stories that deliver the business value and solve customer problems, through high quality products.
Job Duties
- Articulate and write user stories to deliver the customer value, in line with the Product Strategy, Roadmap and defined Epics and Features.
- Solicit feedback from internal subject mater experts and customers to incorporate into upcoming backlog items.
- Work closely with Product Management to maintain product backlog in alignment with roadmap, including prioritizing, grooming, and understanding acceptance criteria.
- Provide iteration planning and elaboration of user stories.
- Establish release plans in alignment with resources, while maintaining awareness of customer issues impacting milestone dates
- Articulate Product vision, strategy and direction to Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Inform management of ideas, risks, and achievements of teams.
- Triage Support cases
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
