The Role
This role works with customers to implement CentralSquare software solutions. This role typically participates under the direction of a Project Manager to review the business process, document requirements, perform system configuration, training, testing, and rollout activities. This role must work with sales support to articulate Professional Services approach, estimates, and value propositions, thought leadership, and delivery of Customer Value Added Service.
Job Duties Include:
• Assist customers with system configuration based on recommended best practices, workflows, and business requirements,
• Perform system demonstrations and assist the customer with system review prior to go-live.
• Develop and maintain subject matter expert knowledge for the configuration of our software solutions.
• Provide consistent follow-through on the project tasks, deliverables, and communications with the Project Manager and the clients.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet required deadlines for a project as well as taking responsibility and ownership of issues and assignments.
• Work with a wide range of disciplines and personalities, both internally and externally.
• Works independently and may QA the work of other consultants.
• Plans his or her training projects as needed.
• Mentor junior resources to grow their skill sets and maintain a high-functioning team.
• May conduct one on ones with team members.
• Assists team members on escalations when needed for small/medium size projects. Consult on large size projects with the help of manager.
• Maintains current and identify new professional services tools and/or software to increase productivity.
• May lead large group meetings on process and product.
• May lead weekly team meetings and provide weekly status notes
• Comfortably and effectively presents to audiences of various sizes and leadership levels internal and external.
• May communicate and review work assignments with the team.
• May work with team members to proactively avoid repeat problems for future implementations.
• May create weekly financial milestones, monthly forecasting for revenue recognition, and end-of-month project percent complete.
• May create forecasts of revenue for projects.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
