Harding Loevner is seeking a digital communications professional to manage and grow the firm's digital content distribution channels, including our website, email communications, and social media presence.
This role is ideal for someone with two to four years of experience who enjoys both developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Working closely with members of the Content team and colleagues across the firm, you will play a key role in ensuring our investment insights and firm communications reach the right audiences effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Optimize Harding Loevner's website, email marketing, and social media channels
- Execute digital distribution strategies that maximize content reach and engagement
- Build, test, deploy, and analyze email campaigns and automated workflows
- Manage website publishing, user experience, SEO, and ongoing enhancements
- Monitor channel performance and use analytics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with content creators, client-facing teams, compliance, and external vendors to adapt and distribute content across digital channels
- Help establish best practices across digital platforms and support content repurposing initiatives
- Contribute to the work of the broader Content team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Two to four years of experience in digital communications, content distribution, digital publishing, content operations, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting websites, email communications, and social media channels
- Strong technical fluency in WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Experience with CRM systems and contact-data integrations, Salesforce preferred
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms, ActiveCampaign preferred
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically XD, a plus
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. The firm’s total compensation program includes an annual base salary, an annual discretionary performance-based bonus, a remunerative long-term incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; a flexible spending account (FSA) program; and access to various wellness and employee assistance programs.
The actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, and other job-related considerations.
