JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in search of the world’s most creative and experienced engineering leaders. We embrace entrepreneurs as well as those who come from more established organizations. As a key member of the product development leadership team, you will lead the development and technical strategy for our enterprise products. Partnering with product management and sales, you will interact with strategic customers designing innovative solutions that meet their business needs.

You will lead multiple teams of amazing engineers, influence many others and provide leadership on design and architecture, strategy, and technology approaches. We expect you to be an accomplished engineer, have strong hands on technical experience and deep knowledge in one or more areas of distributed systems and enterprise web delivery platforms. · Recruit, mentor, and develop software development talent

· Direct software development teams on a microservices architecture

· Foster a continuous improvement culture while driving team accountability

· Communicate vision and strategy to your team and remove impediments

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

· Have loads of experience with .DotNet , Angular, Typescript, SQL.

· Experience mentoring in a technical lead role or managing 0 to 3 years

· 3+ years of agile development experience

· Passion for leadership, mentoring, and learning new skills

· Can create a fun, fast paced, rewarding environment for their teams

· Ideally has experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

· Closely follow industry trends and the open source community

· Have a cooperative, collaborative, open and flexible mindset
