As a key member of the product development leadership team, you will lead the development and technical strategy for our enterprise products. Partnering with product management and sales, you will interact with strategic customers designing innovative solutions that meet their business needs.

You will lead multiple teams of amazing engineers, influence many others and provide leadership on design and architecture, strategy, and technology approaches. We expect you to be an accomplished engineer, have strong hands on technical experience and deep knowledge in one or more areas of distributed systems and enterprise web delivery platforms. Skills & Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

·        Have loads of experience with .DotNet , Angular, Typescript, SQL.

·        Experience mentoring in a technical lead role or managing 0 to 3 years

·        3+ years of agile development experience

·        Passion for leadership, mentoring, and learning new skills

·        Can create a fun, fast paced, rewarding environment for their teams

·        Ideally has experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

·        Closely follow industry trends and the open source community

·        Have a cooperative, collaborative, open and flexible mindset

Qualifications

The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans are a quarterly monetary bonus plan based upon individual and practice performance against specific business metrics.  Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.

The Vertafore Incentive Plan (VIP) is an annual monetary bonus for eligible employees based on both individual and company performance.  Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.

Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs.  Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
