As a Senior Software Engineer embedded in an energetic agile team of Software and QA Engineers, you will lead the team in creating software products utilizing state of the art technologies. You will be hands on, involved in designing applications and flexible services that expose core capabilities to different applications and user bases, and leading teams to achieve the vision through active mentoring, technical decision-making, and facilitating company-wide collaboration. All of this will be accomplished with cutting edge, lean-agile, software development methodologies. Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
· Responsible for developing new features and supporting/bug fixing existing features
· Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack - OS, DB, applications, C# (ASP.net), and network
· Share what they know by mentoring other team members
· Closely follow industry trends and the open source community
· Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding, code review, and documentation workflows
· Design and implement automated test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, or Playwright
· Champion test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD pipeline integration to ensure code quality and reduce regression risk

· Ability to critically assess AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance before integration
Qualifications:
- Have an intense passion for building software and mentoring their teams
- Are very strong in both design and implementation at an enterprise level
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience with C# (ASP.Net) and common frameworks
- Can work advanced database magic with MS SQL databases
- Are in-tune with high performance and high availability design/programming
- Have experience in security best practices for software and data platforms
- Design 'perfect-fit' solutions with engineering teams and business units to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Enjoy solving problems through the entire application stack
- Are interested and capable of learning other programming languages as needed.
- Have hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and demonstrated ability to apply them to increase personal and team productivity
- Possess a solid foundation in automated testing strategies, including experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with automated test gates (e.g., GitLab)
- Demonstrate familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and best practices for integrating LLM-based services or APIs into enterprise applications
