PRGX is seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation and Marketing Technology Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, revenue growth, and customer acquisition for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and demand generation, including SEO, SEM, organic and paid social media, and marketing technology & operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
· Lead the selection and implementation of marketing technology tools and platforms, with a focus on enhancing automation and efficiency.
· Manage the entire lead management system - from lead scoring and lead nurturing campaigns to upsell and cross-sell.
· Leverage expertise in data analysis to drive decision-making, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing ROI.
· Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns (e.g., leads, conversions, pipeline, and revenue).
· Identify and address challenges within the demand generation process.
· Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or related fields.
· 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand, pipeline, and ROI metrics.
· Demonstrated expertise in organic and paid digital media (including SEO, SEO, website, and social media), demand generation, and lead management.
· Demonstrated expertise in managing MarTech tools and systems, such as Marketo (preferred), Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress (preferred).
· Familiarity with Account-based Marketing (ABM) platforms (6sense or Demandbase) and ABM campaigns.
