Job Description

Analyst | Student Placement Undergraduate Sandwich Year Programme

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Role:

  • Conducts audits using client data to identify errors and recover revenue
  • Reviews contracts, agreements and electronic documents
  • Inspects and evaluates client financial information
  • Documents audit operations
  • Uses MS Office applications to combine evidence into claim packages
  • Updates claims management system
  • Actively partakes in team meetings
  • Produces number and volume of claims goals as defined by team leader and/or management.

Recoveries Role:

  • Packages claims for vendor and/or client
  • Provides vendors with claim back-up information
  • Contacts stakeholders in seek of resolution of claims
  • Bills claims to client
  • Updates claims management system
  • Independently produces written correspondences to vendor inquiries.
  • Analyses and assesses problems regarding client’s claims procedure and business operations based on appropriate audit concepts.
  • Adheres to the overall timing and deadline of an audit cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience preferable (This refers to any 2 years of working experience in any work setting. a part time or full-time paid job)
  • On course for achieving a 2:1 or above in respective degree
  • Looking for a placement year in between the second & third year of studies
