Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce databases, including data cleansing, deduplication, and optimization
- Configure and customize Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business tools
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings
- Develop and implement workflows, approval processes, and automation tools
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary upgrades
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices
Requirements:
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (ADM-201)
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with data migration and integration tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
