Role Overview
PRGX is seeking a high-performing enterprise sales hunter to drive new logo acquisition across large enterprise organizations.This role focuses on selling PRGX’s contract compliance, profit recovery, and Source-to-Pay analytics solutions to senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, and Internal Audit.
The ideal candidate has deep experience selling into procurement or finance organizations, understands S2P / P2P processes, and can credibly engage executives on topics such as spend management, contract compliance, supplier governance, and financial leakage. This is a pure new business role focused on building pipeline, creating compelling events, and closing complex enterprise deals.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
New Business Development
• Identify and develop net-new enterprise opportunities within Fortune 1000 organizations
• Build and execute strategic account plans to penetrate Procurement, Finance, AP, Shared Services, and Internal Audit functions
• Generate pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, executive engagement, and industry relationships
• Navigate complex enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder decision environments
Enterprise Solution Selling
• Position PRGX solutions across contract compliance, profit recovery, spend analytics, and supplier dispute management
• Lead value-driven sales conversations around financial leakage, supplier compliance, procurement performance, and working capital improvement
• Translate technical audit and analytics capabilities into business outcomes for procurement and finance leaders
• Drive deal strategy, including pricing, proposal development, and negotiation of enterprise agreements
Strategic Account Engagement
• Build relationships with C-level and VP-level executives including:
- Chief Procurement Officers
- Chief Financial Officers
- Heads of Shared Services
- VP Internal Audit
- VP Finance Transformation
• Partner internally with delivery, analytics, legal, and executive leadership to structure solutions that solve client problems
Pipeline & Forecast Discipline
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast management within Salesforce and Clari
• Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or similar business discipline
- Minimum of 8 years’ enterprise services and/or technology sales experience
- Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) software
- Procurement transformation or spend management solutions
- Contract compliance or recovery audit services
- Financial audit, accounting, or advisory services
- Supplier management or dispute management platforms
- Experience selling solutions related to procurement, accounts payable, supplier management, or spend analytics is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and desire to make an impact
- Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time
