Job and Responsibilities
1. Operational Coordination
• Plan, assign, and supervise the team`s activities.
• Distribute suppliers and workload among auditors.
• Monitor the progress of processes from preparation through closure.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliverables.
2. Audit Process Management
• Supervise:
o Credit analysis
o Identification of credits in statements
o Validation of information in Client ERP Systems
o Creation and validation of claims
• Validate the correct execution and documentation of each case.
3. Communications Management
• Coordinate:
o Statement requests
o Sending communications and reminders
o Follow-up with suppliers
• Monitor the management of bounced emails, alternative contacts, and incomplete responses.
4. Information and Systems Management
• Supervise the correct upload and update of information in tools such as Panoptic.
• Coordinate the setup of clients and projects.
• Manage necessary accesses, users, and permissions.
5. Quality Assurance
• Implement quality controls at all stages of the process.
• Validate information before sending it to the client and invoicing.
• Identify recurring errors and define corrective actions.
6. Project Setup
• Coordinate:
o Communication approvals
o Vendor master management and cleanup
o Request for supporting documents
• Ensure a structured project start.
7. Continuous Improvement
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Implement operational best practices.
• Define and follow up on performance KPIs.
8. Team Leadership
• Guide and support the development of analysts.
• Act as an operational escalation point.
• Ensure alignment with the area’s objectives.
Knowledge & Qualifications
• Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably with a total of 3+ years in AP, AR, financial audit or similar roles.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of financial processes and data analysis.
• SAP, Oracle, or other ERP’ systems
• Advanced Excel / data analysis
• Fluent in English (B2+)
