Job Duties & Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and automate data transformations to support the standardization of PRGX’s data

·       Work with AI, Software Engineering, and Audit teams to create data-driven solutions that improve PRGX’s operational efficiency

·       Build AI agents to accelerate Data Engineering development

·       Work with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design future data architecture for PRGX

·       Partner with Field IT teams to modernize and standardize Audit-facing applications

·       Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications

·       Multiple years’ experience as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or BI Developer (preferably in Profit Recovery space)

·       In-depth experience with data modeling, ETL development, relational DB querying, and automation

·       Experience with Trino, DBT, and Prefect strongly preferred

·       Familiarity with AI concepts: Agent-centric architectures, AI-accelerated development, etc.

·       Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills (additional languages a plus)

·       Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree required in Engineering, Analytics, Math, or Science disciplines
