Engelberth Construction is seeking a skilled, dependable Carpenter to join our growing commercial construction team. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who can work independently, read plans, and take pride in quality workmanship while collaborating with superintendents and project teams.
What You’ll Do

Perform framing, finish carpentry, and interior/exterior construction tasks

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Work safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites

Coordinate with supervisors and trades to meet project schedules

Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites

Support apprentices and entry-level carpenters when needed
What We’re Looking For

Construction experience

Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset

Pay Transparency
Estimated Pay Range: $23– $29 per hour
(Final compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, and location in compliance with Vermont and New Hampshire pay transparency laws.)
