Job Description

Host / Hostess – Red Robin (Kelowna)
$17.85/hr + Tips (~$21–$23/hr total) | Flexible Shifts

Red Robin (Kelowna) is hiring Hosts/Hostesses for full-time and part-time roles. If you’re friendly, organized, and like being in the middle of the action, this is a great place to start and grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests and set the tone from the moment they walk in

  • Manage waitlists, seating, and table flow

  • Communicate with servers and kitchen to keep things running smooth

  • Stay organized and calm during busy rushes

  • Keep the front of house clean, welcoming, and on point

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people

  • You stay organized and don’t get overwhelmed when it gets busy

  • You show up on time and take responsibility seriously

  • You bring positive energy and work well with a team

  • No experience needed—we’ll train you
