What You’ll Do
- Cook burgers, fries, and menu items to Red Robin standards
- Work stations including grill, fry, and prep
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Move with urgency and stay focused during busy shifts
- Support your team and keep operations running smoothly

- You show up on time and ready to work
- You don’t mind working hard and staying busy
- You bring a good attitude and respect your team
- You want to learn and improve your skills
- Experience is a bonus, not required
