This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for all aspects of restaurant performance—from building and developing your team to driving sales, managing costs, and delivering a strong guest experience.

What You’ll Own
Team Leadership
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of 50-60 team members
- Build and maintain a strong leadership bench (Shift Leaders, Managers)
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement
Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure execution of food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Lead from the floor in a high-volume environment
Financial Performance
- Own P&L performance, including labour, food cost, and inventory
- Drive sales growth through execution and local initiatives
- Manage scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls
Guest Experience
- Ensure consistent, high-level hospitality
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Build a restaurant guests return to regularly
Community & Marketing
- Lead local restaurant marketing and community engagement
- Build presence within the local market to drive traffic
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong financial and operational understanding
- A hands-on leadership style and ability to lead from the floor
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
