How we make people feel is just as important as what we say or what they eat. The overall Food Hall experience is a key component to providing a great visit. Sound, lighting, good repair; all help define the environment we provide and it won’t happen without a team to keep our aesthetics beautiful and environment memorable.
Objectives/Responsibilities: (To include, but not limited to)
Our maintenance team needs to be well-versed in repairs, understanding of HVAC/refrigeration, and landscaping.
The maintenance team members will work in an environment interacting with our guests and working in conjunction with our stall operators, so a level of professionalism and a “Customer 1st” mentality must be represented.
The relationship with our stall operators is a partnership that must be seamless and nurturing an autonomous environment. Awareness of any equipment or facility needs in the stalls is critical to ensure operations remain fluid and our customers remain satisfied.
