Job Description

Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton, New Jersey, an independent, Catholic all-girls PS-12 Sacred Heart School is searching for a Lower School Music and Instrumental Music Teacher for the 2024-25 academic year.

This position will teach general music classes from pre-school through 4th grade, help produce the 4th grade musical, assist with liturgies, play at school events, and work with the Middle and Upper School instrumental ensembles.

The successful candidate will have a degree in music, elementary education, or a related field. Candidates should have experience working with this age group, instrumental ensembles, and the ability to work well with teams. Candidates who have experience in single-sex or faith-based schools are preferred. Stuart seeks a collaborator, effective communicator, and passionate educator for this role.
