Job Description

CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER

WORLDPANEL BY NUMERATOR

OFFICE: Bogotá, Colombia - Hybrid

Purpose

The Creative Services Manager leads the global creative team within the Global Marketing Center of Excellence, ensuring the Worldpanel by Numerator brand comes to life consistently and creatively across every touchpoint.

This role manages a small team of designers and serves as the central hub for creative execution — translating strategic input and content from Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Storytelling, and Thought Leadership teams into on-brand, high-impact visual assets.

The Creative Services Manager provides senior creative leadership, overseeing workflow and governance, while also being  a hands-on designer and creative lead, guiding visual direction for major projects and elevating the craft and quality of key presentations, reports, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design Leadership

●       Own the global creative direction for the Worldpanel by Numerator brand across marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and commercial materials

●       Lead and manage the end-to-end creative process — from intake and scoping to design, feedback, and delivery.

●       Provide creative direction and visual storytelling guidance on high-impact campaigns, presentations, and reports.

●       Get hands-on when needed: concepting, designing, and refining key assets to ensure brand excellence and creative consistency.

●       Translate campaign briefs and strategic inputs from stakeholder teams into cohesive, audience-ready creative outputs.

●       Oversee the production of marketing materials including presentations, infographics, digital and print collateral, event visuals, and video assets.

Intake Management & Workflow Prioritization

●       Manage the creative request workflow — including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and timelines.

●       Serve as the first point of contact for Regional, Storytelling, Product Marketing, and Thought Leadership teams.

●       Review incoming requests for completeness and feasibility, assigning work to designers or vendors based on scope and capacity.

●       Partner with the Marketing Operations team to align processes, improve efficiency, and maintain visibility into project status.

●       Track and report on creative production performance, delivery timelines, and team capacity

Brand Stewardship & Toolkit Management

●       Maintain and evolve the global brand toolkit, including templates, typography, color systems, iconography, and imagery.

●       Act as a brand guardian — reviewing assets for alignment to global standards and reinforcing consistency across all deliverables.

●       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt assets for local markets while preserving brand integrity.

Production & Vendor Management

●       Oversee final production, file delivery, and packaging across digital, print, and video channels.

●       Manage external design vendors, freelancers, and agencies to scale creative capacity.

●       Support and occasionally lead video editing, motion graphics, or presentation design as needed.

Collaboration & Enablement

●       Serve as a creative partner to the Director, Brand Storytelling & Campaigns and cross-functional marketing leads.

●       Partner closely with Product Marketing, Thought Leadership, and Regional Marketing to ensure creative outputs reinforce campaign goals.

●       Foster collaboration and feedback between creative, operations, and storytelling teams.

●       Document creative processes, intake templates, and brand guidelines to enable consistent execution globally.

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications

●       Previoues experience in creative services, visual design, or marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or global organization

●       Demonstrated experience leading creative projects and managing teams of graphic designers in a fast-paced marketing environment.

●       Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva).

●       Proven ability to both manage creative workflows and produce hands-on design work for high-visibility projects.

●       Strong understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and multi-format design (digital, print, video).

●       Experience managing design requests, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.

●       Familiarity with Premiere ProAfter Effects, or other motion design tools a plus.
