About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Manager, HR Operations (LATAM) to join our global HR team. This role will lead the operational backbone for our LATAM region, overseeing core processes across employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, policy compliance, data management, benefits administration, and process improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Talent (The Americas) and will work closely with the People Director & People Business Partner in LATAM, this role will play a critical part in ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience and supporting scalable growth across our global teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leaves, and employment verification across LATAM region utilizing our ADP Workforce Now platform with the HR generalists respective in each country.

  • Partner with the payroll team as needed.

  • Partner with the local HR team as needed for administrative support.

  • Partner with our benefits specialist & global benefits teams to help in design, implementation, and administration of local benefits programs.

  • Own and optimize HR systems, tools, and workflows in partnership with IT and Payroll teams

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies; maintain up-to-date documentation and support audits as needed

  • Manage Health & Safety (SST) team and lead initiatives 

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee lifecycle matters, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR Generalists & Benefits Specialist

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, etc. as needed

  • Leverage data and reporting to drive insights, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements

Skills & Requirements
  • Previous progressive experience in HR operations & benefits, including working with a global team in an occasionally asynchronous environment

  • Strong executive presence with an ability to roll up your sleeves as necessary and stay cool under pressure

  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across LATAM region

  • Proven experience managing & mentoring more junior HR team members

  • Strong understanding of core HR systems (ADP, Workday, ATS, benefits platforms)

  • Excellent organizational and process/project management skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and drive results in a scaling environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; More specific HR education or studies is a plus
