We are a veteran owned and operated company focused on the $1.2T infrastructure buildout that has created the largest workforce need in our nation’s history.
We’ve created a national workforce development platform that trains and employs 250+ transitioning military in each state that launches a Warrior Workforce Program. All training is held under the DOL National Infrastructure Technician Academy (NITA) and approved through the Telecommunications Industry Registered Apprentice Program (TIRAP).
We’ve worked collaboratively with our educational and apprenticeship partners to create the first national hiring company that “meets individuals where they are” with an overall goal to help solve the veteran employment transition challenges.
We are currently looking for entry level employees to be brought on as Tower Technicians, Fiber Technicians, Wireless Technicians and Clean Energy Technicians. Our employees are cross trained to become National Infrastructure Technicians. We will also be looking to fill positions as site foreman, project manager, and construction manager.
With over $1.2 Trillion dollars being invested in our nation’s critical infrastructure in the next 5-10 years, it will create over 250,000 job openings in the next 12-24 months.
