Solution Delivery Manager

Applause App Quality, Inc. seeks a full time Solution Delivery Manager at our offices located at 100 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 475, Framingham, MA 01701.

Job Description:

  • Own and lead multiple, simultaneous customer projects implementing Applause's SaaS digital quality testing solution, and provide both engagement and testing strategy leadership to the customer;
  • Develop strong customer relationships that enable Applause to become a trusted adviser for our customers' executives and stakeholders;
  • Analyze test data and provide research of coverage from multiple sources including our community of testers, environments and devices to show maximum value to customers;
  • Gather testing requirements from clients and translate into actionable testing projects;
  • Manage completion of deliverables, schedules, customer expectations, and milestones to ensure projects are successfully completed and meet deadlines;
  • Work with Applause Product Management and Engineering organizations to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Applause product suite;
  • Work with leadership to develop Applause best practices across our products and services utilizing commonalities across customers;
  • Review current testing solutions and provide recommendations for expansion within active customer base;
  • Provide onsite coordination with developer for manual regression testing and monitor regression test coverage;
  • Perform functional testing in the product and test for new features integration;
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to test planning and test strategy, and status reporting;
  • Document and review test strategy, test plans and test cases, and develop test plans and test cases to incorporate new features into the product to ensure shipping of bug free releases;
  • Review Build Release notes to check the affected areas in the product and enhance product testing;
  • Record test case results to ensure results are available in the customer proprietary tools for future reference;
  • Monitor testing dashboards for the status of every release;
  • Perform cross-platform testing on Web-based and Mobile applications including Functional, Regression, Exploratory, Acceptance, Security, Compatibility testing and Accessibility testing;
  • Conduct Smoke, SAT, UAT, Regression, Function, UI and Usability Testing across Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, BlackBerry platforms.

Position Requirements 

Master’s degree (or foreign degree equiv.) in Computer Science, or closely related field, plus three years of experience in any software development or similar role.

Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include each of the following:

  • 3 years of experience working within an enterprise IT organization;
  • 3 years of experience working within the software testing domain, quality engineering, and App Economy;
  • 3 years of experience performing web and mobile software testing;
  • 3 years of experience creating review reporting for different audiences; and
  • 3 years of experience providing client training, testing scope and knowledge transfer sessions.

Employee can work from any location within the U.S.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 /year.
