As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our clients’ software products. You will work on internal projects that we deliver to our global clients, designing, developing, and implementing automated test solutions leveraging the Applause automation framework. Your expertise in programming and test automation will help us deliver top-notch software to our clients.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create test plans.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes.
• Setup CI / CD pipeline and continuous reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and test automation
• Proven programming experience in Java
• Strong understanding of software development, design and testing principles
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming
• Experience with automating web, native mobile applications and API is a must
• Attention to code quality and standards
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
• Familiarity with branching strategies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

Compensation: 

The annual salary range for this position is 25 LPA to 30 LPA.
