Job Summary:

Acts as the on-the-ground leader responsible for community engagement and workforce pipeline development at the regional/site level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder engagement and workforce initiatives locally
• Build partnerships with schools, trade programs, and community organizations
• Align workforce pipelines with hiring timelines
• Represent the program in the community

Skills & Requirements

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in community engagement, workforce development, or operations
• Experience working with local governments, workforce boards, or educational institutions
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or data center projects

Preferred:

• Strong local/regional network
