Job Summary:

Analyzes workforce pipelines, engagement metrics, and labor trends to support program success.

Responsibilities:

• Track workforce KPIs and hiring pipeline data
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting
• Analyze labor market trends and workforce readiness
• Support forecasting aligned to project timelines

Skills & Requirements

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in data analytics, workforce analytics, or business intelligence
• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL
• Experience analyzing labor markets or workforce programs

Preferred:

• Experience supporting data center or infrastructure workforce planning
