Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Wealth Management sectors. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of industry relationships, deep enterprise sales expertise, and the ability to help build and scale a high-growth startup sales organization. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, mentoring junior sales team members, and helping establish sales processes, branding initiatives, and enterprise sales best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales efforts targeting Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Wealth Management firms, Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, and related financial services organizations.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and professional network to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, Managing Directors, Partners, Advisors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies to support company growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine messaging, positioning, branding, and value propositions.
- Serve as a sales leader and mentor by coaching junior sales representatives on prospecting, discovery, relationship building, and closing techniques.
- Establish and improve enterprise sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, executive presentations, and business cases.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within CRM systems.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and leadership teams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Assist in developing strategic partnerships and channel relationships within the wealth management ecosystem.
