Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at Alexan Gruene Crossing Apartments, a newly developed lease-up community. The ideal candidate will assist the Property Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Property Manager in overseeing leasing activities, resident relations, collections and property maintenance.
Assist with marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents and enhance community visibility.
Maintain accurate records of leasing agreements, resident files, and financial transactions.
Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Help manage property budgets and financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Recent experience in property management as an Assistant Manager
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing procedures is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software is advantageous.
