The Sr Benefits Manager oversees Quickbase’s employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company values. This role manages plan design, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee communication to help our people feel supported and informed.

Manage and administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA).
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a benefits strategy that supports our people-first culture. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, vendors, and employees to build programs that drive engagement, wellbeing, and organizational success.
At Quickbase, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to equitable pay practices. The compensation range for this role is $78,000 – 122,000 per year. The exact compensation offered will be based on experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Beyond salary, employees receive bonus/commission eligibility and access to a full benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, etc.
